This homeowner loved their lot and location and already had many great memories in their home, but they needed more space.  After working through the design and involved permitting process with Onyx Custom Homes, this addition project was completed to the homeowners requirements with custom bulit-in millwork throughout and subtle but unique details.   The added area was built on piles with a spray-foam insulated floor space and radiant hydronic heating lines running throughout the addition area.   A new full bathroom was added with a tiled shower, heated tile flooring, a custom built vanity and recessed modern medicine cabinet.   The exterior was completely redone and the remainder of the Main Floor was also updated with a revised entry/closet area, refinished original Oak hardwood throughout and all new doors and trim.  With 50% more floor area and a fresh look, they are ready for many more years in this large updated bungalow.  What a fantastic project to be apart of.
