These homeowners had a huge lot in Lake Bonavista but the home was original and dated and did not suit their family and their lifestyle.  This home was almost completely rebuilt with everything updated, all new exterior, large attached garage addition with bonus living space and full bathroom above it, full developed basement with another bathroom and two more bedrooms.  The homeowner did all of the interior design work for the renovation and pulled off a stunning modern farmhouse look with luxury details including integrated & panelled appliances, full height quartz backsplash in the Kitchen, fully tiled steam shower in the master suite, custom closet organisers and much more.   The transformation from before to after was incredible and the amount of usable space was dramatically increased.  Thanks to the incredible finishes and timeless design this home will be stylish for years to come.   It was our pleasure to be involved in such a project.
